Mischievousness and Unprofessionalism among Lawyers -- Filing of frivolous cases, which unnecessarily clog the courts; unnecessary and mischievous applications, for adjournments, for injunctions, for preliminary objections, for extension of time, for amendments, etc; other forms of delay tactics in courts: Lawyers are often blamed for contributing to court congestion by deliberately employing tactics of delay.
4️⃣. Shortage of Judges and Magistrates-
5️⃣.Weak and Subservient Judiciary Leadership:
6️⃣. Incompetence and Indolence among Judges: judges appointed based on political considerations, etc
7️⃣. Misplacement of Priority:

9️⃣. Inadequate training and retraining structures
