The private member bill sponsored by Hon. Oladeji was passed into law in 2016 during the 8th Assembly.

Speaking on the major areas amended by the House in Law, the lawmaker, who is representing the Ogbomoso North state constituency, said the law has made provision for the establishment of an agency for the persons living with disability, adding that the agency will be under the supervision of the state governor.

Oladeji said further that the law has provided for recruitment of 50 percent of the members of staff agency to be persons living with disability.
