Rotary Club of Nigeria Agabra District pays Courtesy visit on the Alagbara of Agbara Kingdom

The Rotary Club of Nigeria Agabra division on Tuesday, November 19, paid a courtesy visit to the The Alagbara of Agbara land, Barr. (Rotn) Lukman Jayeola Agunbiade.

The event hosted by the Agbara division of the Rotary Club, had the Director General of Rotary Club district 9111, Rtn. Dr. Oluwole Kukoyi as a special guest of Honour.

During the courtesy visit, Oba Agunbiade who is also a Rotarian, welcomed the entourage of the D-G to his place alongside members of his cabinet who were all present .

He recognized the leadership of the Rotary Club Agabra unit, which he hosts, and thanked all members for their relentless service to humanity.

The D-G also felicitated the revered throne of the Oba and thanked him for his immense moral support to rotarians.

On her part, President of the Rotary club Agbara,Rtn. Juliet Ndidi Momoh, also thanked the throne of the Agunbiade for his constant support and encouragement to members over the years.

She prayed God to continue to endow the throne of the Oba with more wisdom and strength.

After the visit, the team engaged in group photographs outside the Oba's palace, while the D-G proceeded with his entourage and all members of the Rotary club, Agabra unit, for the unveiling of the new Secretariat of division.

The D-G consequently, Commissioned the office complex, and members proceeded to the Allaco event centre for a meeting of members , and further celebration.

High point of the celebration was the induction of new members of the unit by the DG.
