Nigeria's Foremost Security Tracking Platform , the Security Situation Room has Congratulated two of their Members retired Inspector General of Police -Solomon Ehigiator Arase NPM, FDC+, FCIArb , CFR and Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN , FCIArb UK, ,CON , for the conferment on them of the prestigious and distinctive ranks of the Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR ) and Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger , ( CON) respectively by His Excellency , President Mohammedu Buhari ,GCFR, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria , at the International Conference Centre (I.C.C.), Abuja.
In a Statement issued in Benin City , Nigeria on Tuesday the 11th of October , 2022 , the Convener of the Security Situation Room Douglas Ogbankwa Esq , stated thus :
"The Conferment of the distinctive ranks indicated above on Dr Solomon Ehigiator Arase now CFR and Chief Mike Ozekhomen now CON , is a demonstration of their contributions to nation building , which is depicted in positively festering institutions and deepening Policing and Democracy in Nigeria respectively.They have both been bold in bringing about audacious innovations in their areas of specialization that have stood them out as pathfinders and trail blazers , in a manner that has changed the Trajectories of the respective institutions they serve(d). It is in depicting their outstanding leadership and exemplary conduct, that they were both elevated to the nadir of their respective professions -the Inspector General of Police and Senior Advocate of Nigeria , prior to now.It is not a coincidence that they are also both fellows of their respective Arbitration Institutions , which is a demonstration of their multi dimensional contribution to national development.Congratulations to the retired IGP and the Learned Silk , your lives have been a blessing to many and we at the Security Situation Room dare say that the best is yet to come ".
