U.K based I.T consultant Nelson Aideyan's Lawyers Write Apostle Alfred Odion Uyiosa on his defamatory and libelous publications/Video against him.

Demands for retraction be of same and compensation of 500 Million Naira thereof.


Lawyers acting for Nelson Aideyan ,a U.K. Based International I.T. Consultant has written a Letter establishing a case of libel and defamation of character against
Apostle Alfred Uyiosa,who made some wild and unsubstantiated allegations against him.

The said Apostle Alfred Uyiosa in the Cyber Space which smacks of Cyber Crime ,fell into the infraction,when he posted a video and published some on line posts , which defamed Nelson Aideyan,on unsubstantiated and false claims, claiming that Nelson Aideyan is a close friend to Captain Hosa who will help him rig the September 19th Election. The Letter written on behalf of Nelson Aideyan by Nosakhare Festus -Ajayi ,of Douglas Ogbankwa Law Firm, deprecated the defamatory publication and video of Apostle Alfred Uyiosa , and indicated that the video and publications _
*"has lowered our Client in the eyes of right thinking members of the public and has impaired his contract with his clients in Europe"*

Nelson Aideyan, through his Lawyers in the said letter, has demanded a retraction of the said defamatory publications and Video from various social media platforms and also a public apology thereof. He also demanded from Apostle Alfred Uyiosa the sum of *"N500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million Naira), being the compensation for Damages, loss of reputation, loss of business opportunities, and psychological trauma*, which is to be paid within seven (7) days",from the date of the receipt of the letter failure of which appropriate legal proceedings will follow.
