UK Based IT Consultant-Nelson Aideyan Petitions one Apostle Alfred Odion Uyiosa for Cybercrime,Cyber bullying,inciting electoral violence False Allegation,False Information to the Public and other alleged crimes to the Commissioner of Police Edo State ;Demands for his immediate Prosecution .


A United Kingdom Based Information Technology (I.T.), Consultant Nelson Aideyan has written a strongly worded Petition through his Solicitors-Douglas Ogbankwa Law Firm to the Commissioner of Police, Edo State Police Command Headquarters,Benin City detailing cyber crime, cyber bullying, false allegation,inciting electoral Violence , false information to the public, libelous publications, defamation and conduct likely to cause breach of peace against Apostle Alfred Odion Uyiosa.

Nelson Aideyan, a renowned International I.T. Expert , who trades both internationally and locally with both private and government entities said he came across a libelous publication against his person in various social media platforms which was viewed all over the globe with scathing comments and capable of igniting mayhem, massive election violence, civil unrest and pandemonium in the forthcoming Edo State Governorship Election*, where the following false defamatory statements was leveled against him "a close friend of Captain Hosa "An IT Consultant for INEC to help rig the Election"

According to the Petition, Apostle Uyiosa also made a video which went viral with several disparaging remarks against Nelson Aideyan, which Video has caused right thinking members of the public and his business partners all over the world ,to view him with odium and opprobrium.

The Petition also stated that these defamatory remarks made against his person by Apostle Uyiosa, has "seriously impaired Nelson Aideyan's contract with his European clients because they require from him, the highest level of integrity, and that the defamatory remarks which are false have lowered his estimation in the eyes of right thinking Members of the Public

The Petitioner urged the Commissioner of Police,Edo State to use his good offices to order an investigation into the matter and bring the culprit -Apostle Alfred Odion Uyiosa to book and prosecute him immediately .
