SOME SOLUTIONS TO GET NIGERIA BACK ON TRACK

1. All public office holders must immediately submit themselves to an independent investigative body and relinquish all illgotten wealth and properties

2. Salaries of All national and state Legislators must be slashed by 30% or must not be more than 200k per month

3. No more constituency allowances for legislators

4. No more changing of cars every 3 to 4 years for public office holders

5. No more official cars for legislators (official cars only for Senate president & deputy, speaker & deputy, state assembly speaker & deputy and they can't take it home)

5. The President, his deputy and Ministers must have aids not more than 10 for the president and not more than 5 for all others

6. Complete transparency on all budget items

7. All public and civil servants with property acquired during service and not obtained with legitimate and trackable funds must relinquish such property which shall be used for hospitals, shelters for the poor and homeless, correctional facility for detainees, rehabilitation centers, etc

8. All professional bodies and artisans and community leaders must hold a stakeholders meeting in their respective communities and submit a memoradum to their respective constituency for submission to the national assembly. (This can be coordinated by state House of assembly reps with their counterparts at the national assembly)

9. Develop a national transparency framework that would be used to guide all public and private enterprise

10. The total and complete independence of the Judiciary
