THE ENROLMENT OF ADDITIONAL 1000 BENEFICIARIES UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME (NBA-NHIS GIFSHIP SCHEME)

In fulfilment of the commitment of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Mr, Yakubu Chonoko’s Maikyau, OON, SAN, to enroll additional 1000 legal practitioners under the National Health Insurance GIFSHIP programme; please be informed that payment for the registration of 1000 beneficiaries has been made to the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) with beneficiaries drawn from all branches of the NBA.

The registration is being processed and list of enrollees would appear in the July 2023 Enrollee Register. The Healthcare Management Organization (HMO) in charge of the NBA-NHIA Health Insurance is the NNPC-HMO.

Also note that the payment made by the NBA is to spur legal practitioners towards registering family members, dependants, friends and even members of your communities. Intending subscribers can enjoy affordable health care services at the premium rate of N15, 000. 00 per enrollee.
