NBA TASKFORCE ON CAC MONITORING RELEASES LINK FOR LAWYERS TO FILE IN COMPLAINTS

Recall that the NBA President in a quest to holistically address the challenges that users of the services of the Corporate Affairs Commission face had set up a Task Force on CAC under the leadership of Mr. Ayuli Jemide.

The Task Force has continued to liaise with the CAC on service levels and other related matters.

To enable the NBA-CAC Task Force ascertain the progress made so far and the current state of CAC's services, the Task Force hereby requests that all lawyers who have any unresolved complaints lodged via any of the CAC complaints channels should fill the Form in the link below. 

In completing the Form, kindly ensure that you adhere to the instructions on the Form so as to enable the NBA-CAC Task Force to properly collate and forward them to the CAC for resolution. 

Note that lawyers who filled the Form before but whose complaints remain unresolved may fill it again.
