Chief Patrick Eholor also known as Ultimate Equal-the President of One Love Foundation gives Edo State Governor -Godwin Obaseki 21 Days to give full Financial Autonomy to the Edo State Judiciary, threatens to proceed against the Edo State Governor in a Court of Competent Jurisdiction,if he fails to do so.

In a letter written on his behalf by his Lawyers -Douglas Ogbankwa Law Firm Chief Patrick Eholor, also known as Ultimate Equal ,through his said Counsel on the above indicated issue stated thus:

"NOTICE TO PROCEED AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IF YOU DO NOT IMPLEMENT FINANCIAL AUTONOMY FOR EDO STATE JUDICIARY

We are Solicitors to Chief Patrick Osagie Eholor also known as “Ultimate Equal”, whom we hereinafter refer to as “Our Client”.

We have his express instructions to give you 21 days within which to implement Full Financial Autonomy for Edo State Judiciary, failure of which we shall proceed against you in a court of competent Jurisdiction to enforce Section 121 (3) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), the 4th Alteration which says that any money standing to the credit of the Judiciary from the consolidated revenue fund shall be paid directly to the heads of the Court.
